A healthy lifestyle and weight loss can be pretty difficult and intimidating. I started my weight loss journey a month ago on September 9, 2017. My plan for my new healthy lifestyle was to just eat as healthy as possible without too many restrictions. I allowed myself to eat what I wanted on the weekends and attempt to stay to a more healthy diet during the week. During the month, there were many ups and downs. As a woman, I know it’s more difficult to lose weight and stay on a healthy diet because of our body make-up. Hormones play a huge role in our success.
The last week of the month, I suffered from extreme cravings and fatigue. I didn’t exercise 2 times a day like I started but I stayed pretty true to my diet I am still pretty tired all the time and the cravings are killer. It is the weekend now and I’m so ready to have a couple things I’ve been craving.
There are many different ways of living a healthier lifestyle. We each have to figure out what works for them. I have tried so many different diets. I’ve tried extreme diets, 700 calorie diets, low carb diets, Atkins diet, and so many more. I succeeded and failed many times. However, I have failed more often than succeeded. This time, I am working hard to stay on a healthier path, while not restricting myself too much.
