I have been big all of my life. I have also fluctuated in weight all my life. I love food and I hate to exercise! Because of these factors and a few others, I have gained way too much weight. I am at the biggest I have ever been in my life.
Living in Korea is great but can be an emotional rollercoaster at times. I have had ups and downs in my life in Korea. The downs were pretty bad and the most recent low I had resulted in massive weight gain. I have always had feet and knee problems, along with some back problems. However, they seem to have gotten a lot worse! It has become very difficult to do daily activities such as running to catch a bus, walking up flights of stairs, or walking long distance.
I decided it was time for a change. With motivation from my friend Hugh, I have started my own weight loss journey! Watching Hugh’s transformation made me think that it is possible for me to get my health and life back!
I have uploaded two videos now on my weight loss journey. I plan to upload videos regularly. I will upload videos once a week then once a month. I will do weekly weigh-ins then monthly weigh-ins. I plan to change my diet and exercise more. I love food so this will be a challenge. I will also count my steps. My first goal is to do 10,000 steps a day!
