Hey everyone, I hope you all had a great weekend. My first video for this week is a review for Spider-Man: Homecoming. Ever since I was a kid, Spider-Man was always my favorite. There was something about the fact he was just a normal kid who had to take out the trash and deal with the drama of high school while also being a super hero. And finally, a movie captured that essence. Tom Holland is the best Spider-Man we have seen on the big screen.
He was really able to capture Peter Parker and Spider-Man. Along with Tom Holland, was Michael Keaton who plays Vulture, the villain in the film. Michael Keaton is a fantastic actor and does not disappoint here. Robert Downey Jr. is also in the film but isn’t in it as much as the trailers make him out to be. (Which I know is a good thing for some of you.)
From the very beginning of the film, I was smiling like a little kid. One of the reasons was due to the soundtrack. They opened the film with the original theme to the Spider-Man theme. It was changed a bit but I loved it and it put a huge smile on my face that didn’t go away until way after walking out of the theater.
The action was fantastic as well. There is a lot of action but probably not as much as you would expect for a Marvel film. The story does revolve around Peter Parker and his high school so some might be put off. I personally loved it.
If you are looking for a film to watch this week, I highly suggest Spider-Man: Homecoming. It’s a fun ride that I’m sure you will enjoy from the beginning to the end.
