Cycling along the han river is one of the more popular spring time activities. Whether you rent a tandem with your date, or go for the more active option and rent a mountain bike; all options are available.
But did you know there are even places where you can rent bikes for up to 3 hours for free! I went to a place near Oksu station. When exiting from Oksu subway station exit 4, go left towards the poonglim-I-Want apartments, once you have walked about 100 meter you should see the facility across the road.
All you have to do is bring an ID card (Student ID, Alien Registration Card or Passport) sign a few papers and leave your phone number, and the friendly staff will help you pick a bike and adjust your saddle. And you are ready to go.
If you are on a low budget and want to explore the city in a different way, I would totally recommend this. However, before you go make sure to check the air quality. Another thing to remember is that safety helmets are not provided, so if you are a not so confident cyclist this activity might not be for you.
