Seoul can be a very stressful place to be at, people everywhere, tall buildings and maybe not as much greenery as you are used to. So today I want to show you my favorite space to get away from stress of work. This place is World Cup Stadium Peace park and is located within walking distance from World Cup Stadium Exit 1 in Seoul. But before you head to the park why don’t you make a quick stop at another well-hidden spot in Seoul? It is the Mapo Agriculture and Marine Products market. A market where lots of small business owners in Seoul buy there produce, but also a great place to buy supplies for a nice little picnic. The Mapo Agriculture and marine Products market is open 365 days a week from 7 A.M. and till 8 P.M. they sell fresh fish, fruits and vegetables, meat, side dishes, traditional Korean snacks but they also have a fully-fledged supermarket inside with a lot of foreign foods. So why not do as I did, buy a nice cold drink, a fresh baguette that taste as if it’s right out the French country side and an assortment of imported cheeses (my favorite is brie!), this together with a side of fresh fruits makes for an excellent brunch or lunch while you put your feet in the water.
