And we are back with another brandnew mukbang video for this week. This time my good old friend Alex joins me for a Marinated Grilled Duck Mukang. I didn’t eat duck meat for a very long time, so I thought it would be a great idea to try out the Korean way of eating duck. Alex and I decided to eat some Marinated Grilled Duck Mukang and we went to a well-known and good duck restaurant in Hapjeong, Seoul. By the way, Marinated Grilled Duck is called 오리주물럭 in Korean, 오리고기 is duck meat.
We really enjoyed the Marinated Grilled Duck dish a lot, which kinda reminded us of Dak-Galbi (Korean Spicy Chicken Stir Fry / 닭갈비), but more exclusive and also more expensive version. We finished our lunch with some Fried Rice as a final Bokkeumbap (볶음밥). Of course, it wouldn’t be a Mika in Korea episode, if we wouldn’t have a drink or two. This time the restaurant owner recommended us Bokbunjaju (복분자주), a Korean fruit wine made from wild Korean black raspberry. You barely feel the alcohol but it still has 15%, so after two bottles Alex and me very already in a good mood, so to say 😀
I really hope you enjoyed our small Marinated Grilled Duck Mukang on Youtube, if so, please let me know what you think about the video and give me also a thumbs up 🙂 Also, if you didn’t subscribe to my Youtube channel yet, here is your chance to do so! Also check out Alex’s his duck video as well, in his channel we enjoyed some Smoked Duck. As usually, thank you so much for watching, have a great day!
