In this video Michin Alex and Mika in Korea went together with Arirang TV to a Makgeolli brewery in Pocheon, Gyeonggi-do Province. Makgeolli (막걸리) is a Korean traditional rice wine, which is made from rice or wheat mixed with nuruk, a Korean fermentation starter. Together with the owner of the Makgeolli brewery Alex and Mika made their own Makgeolli. Frist they needed to cook the rice for 20min and cool it down. Then Alex brought the nuruk, for the fermentation and the rice was put into it. Alex and Mika mixed it well and got their own two portions of their self-made Makgeolli (막걸리). Of course Alex and Mika didn’t just make some Makgeolli (막걸리), they also enjoyed some different variations of the owners Makgeolli. It was really a fun shooting day and at the end both were a little bit tipys. Mika more than Alex 😉 Luckily we got some delicious side-dishes, otherwise both would end up being really drunk 😀
